The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization is holding a workshop titled Geo Engineering for Conservation of Cultural Heritage – Role of Geo Engineering for Conservation of Word Heritage” in Paris on September 4th and 6th. The workshop will be broken into two parts. The first workshop will contain summaries and overviews of papers on Geo Engineering will be presented, and a second session will feature each author presenting in detail his/her paper followed by discussions and debates. The UNESCOs stated purpose is to contribute to peace and security by promoting international collaboration through education, science, and culture in order to further universal respect for justice, the rule of law, and human rights along with fundamental freedom proclaimed in the UN Charter.
