A new report out this week points to genetically modified foods as the possible culprit for a number of gluten-related ailments.
The report, released by the Institute for Responsible Technology cites data from the US Department of Agriculture, EPA records, medical journals and international research.
The report states that gluten based health issues affecting more than 18 million Americans may be tied to modified foods such as soy and corn.
