According to early documents obtained by the New Scientist, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change will report that “Global Warming” is irreversible without massive geoengineering of the planet. The IPCC is gathering this week in Sweden with the report expected to be released Friday morning. The Guardian of London also stated that documents they have seen show Russia asking for the concluding report to offer Geo-Engineering as a possible solution. Geo-Engineering is the science of purposeful manipulation of the planets temperature with the stated goal of ending Global Warming.
The IPCC is under fire after revelations that despite the panels models the Earth’s average surface temperature has failed to rise despite greenhouse gases rising. This is not the first time the IPCC has come under attack. In 2009 emails were leaked in the ClimateGate scandal, supposedly showing scientists using “tricks” with data to make their case.
