Former British intelligence agent Annie Machon is planning on launching a foundation to help support the efforts of whistle blowers around the world. Speaking at the Chaos Communication Congress she described an organization that can help guide potential whistle blowers through the process safely. In 1997 Machon resigned from the British MI5 and went public regarding secret, possibly criminal, government activity.
