Federal Judge rules Against Release of Osama Bin Laden Death Records

Four months after a federal appeals court turned down an appeal to release some of the records regarding the alleged burial at sea of Osama bin Laden, a federal judge has now drawn the same conclusion. U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon rejected an appeal by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch based on national security risks. Judicial Watch was previously given heavily redacted documents but was seeking the remaining photos and videos that were supposed to have been taken during and after the raid the killed bin Laden.
