Federal Judge Backs NSA Spying

Less than two weeks after a federal judge in D.C. ruled that the National Security Agency’s data collection program was unconstitutional, U.S. District Judge William H. Pauley III in Manhattan has ruled in favor of the programs. The lawsuit was brought forth by the American Civil Liberties Union and is likely to set up a Supreme Court decision on whether or not the program is constitutional.
